Tucked in the Las Águilas neighborhood of Zapopan, this taco spot draws in a mix of locals and visitors looking for a laid-back meal any time of day. The draw here is straightforward—tacos served alongside fresh aguas frescas that feel both refreshing and familiar. The menu offers a variety of small plates, making it easy to stop in for a quick lunch, a casual dinner, or a late-night bite.
The atmosphere is cozy and casual, with a quiet, unpretentious vibe that appeals to college students, groups, and solo diners alike. There's rooftop seating for those who want a bit of open air, though the interior can feel a little utilitarian, reflecting a practical rather than polished approach. Service tends to be friendly and prompt, helping maintain a comfortable rhythm for both those on the move and those settling in for a slower meal.
The place accommodates different needs fairly well, with wheelchair-accessible seating and a mix of table service and quick options. While parking is generally accessible—both free street parking and a parking lot—there's no wheelchair-accessible parking available. It’s a convenient choice for families, tourists, or anyone seeking a casual taco experience without the fuss of reservations or formal settings.

"Great food, and great customer service!"
"Nice place to have a burger 😁"
"Menu selections are great."
5 We live in San Miguel de Allende, but our family has a home in Zapopan, Guadalajara. We are fortunate that this taqueria is a 3 minute walk from the house. The tacos are delicious, and the restaurant is clean and the service is fast and friendly. Decent amount of seating . They are seemingly open all the time, too, which means you can grab a lunch special or hit it up late at night :) The fact that regardless of the day or time the place is bustling with customers says a lot: This is a great taco spot! The bistec and pastor are wonderful, but the carnazas and suadero are to die for! Muy requissimo! If this place was in San Miguel, it would be far and away the best taqueria in town lol. When we are in Guadalajara we don’t skip a chance to grab tacos here. Buen provecho!
4 Good tacos , they could fix up the place a bit to make it more enjoyable and make it look look more like a nice taqueria to avoid customers feel like they eating inside a bodega.
4 Good place. Good service . Good tacos. I like the fruit water they sell. Good place for quick dinner.
5 ¡Me encantan!
4 As I have only ordered takeout from this place, I cannot comment about sitting inside the restaurant but from what I’ve seen, groups of young people are willing to stay very long either sitting inside or waiting for a table. SERVICE: Very prompt and efficient but not friendly to foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I speak Spanish at a B1 level and yet they would always try to rush me or rely on my friends for my order. I know the shop is busy so that could be a reason. A suggestion would be to review the menu online first if you’re unfamiliar with Mexican cuisine to see if there’s anything you need to Google. FOOD: Always very good! This is my friends’ go to place since both live nearby and it has not disappointed me either. For foreigners from more spoiled countries, the sauces and accompaniments come in plastic bags if you order takeout. Apparently you are supposed to bite into the corners of the bags and let it either drip into another container or on the food.
4 Tacos are good but the the greatest. Great customer service.
4 Great Mexican food. There was little wait time at the restaurant. Menu selections are great. Courteous staff. Nice rustic ambience
The tacos are highly recommended along with their fresh aguas frescas and doraditas with onions served on arrival.
It’s great for both quick bites and casual sit-down meals, with friendly table service in a cozy, casual setting.
The taquería is popular and seems to be open late, so visiting during lunch or late evening can offer a less busy experience.
The spot is suitable for solo diners as well as groups, with enough seating and a casual atmosphere welcoming to all.
Yes, they accept credit and debit cards, and have wheelchair accessible seating, though there is no wheelchair accessible parking.
